This location is just 1 exit west of the Orlando International Airport off 528 Expressway (Toll Road) on Conway Road. For a climate, you can expect very hot tempertures and high humidity (muggy) in the summer time. So pack accordingly, although during your workshop you may want to bring a sweater, because in Florida, we believe in air-conditioning and we use it. During the winter, you can expect generally comfortable tempertures. It rarely dips below 40°F.

Even though close to the airport, this location is not surrounded by many conveniences, other than a 7-11 store adjacent to the parking lot. You should be able find everything you need 1 exit to the east on North Semoran Blvd and you can probably arrange for the Hotel shuttle to transport you to/from. Check with the hotel management on shuttle availability. Or if decide to rent a car, you can travel a very short distance north on Conway Road and find almost anything you need, including a full-service grocery store.
